		<description>Very profound.  I will agree with you in that when we become distracted, not limited to, but including our emotions distracting us, than it does become harder to hear God&#039;s still small voice.  That is why prayer is so important!  If we stay focused on God, even during the stressful times, then we can endure our problems, if we can just give them over to God.  Thank you for your comment.

		<description>As a counsellor with anxietycentre.com, I have come to understand that people worry for two reasons: to keep the worst case scenario from occuring, or to be prepared just in case it does. So it&#039;s a self-protective action. Ironically, it doesn&#039;t usually help a person at all. In fact it loads the body with stress hormones which make it harder to think rationally. The result is that we become emotionally driven and it becomes harder to hear the still small voice of God&#039;s Spirit.</description>
